Pilar Estévez S. L. is a family-run company. Its founder, Mr. Martín Estévez, began to sell fish in 1961.

Since then, our company, with extensive experience in the extractive fishing sector, has always tried to differentiate itself by serving a product which is not only top quality, but also allows a careful classification of calibres and presentations.
